The Cable Support Systems category includes 3 different product lines with adaptable accessories and fittings. We provide:
- Cable Tray
- Cable Trunking
- Cable Ladder
Our standard material used in the production of cable support systems is pre-galvanized steel. Various galvanized coatings can be provided including Hot Dip Galvanization which is available on request.
Cable Trays are available in both solid and perforated designs. Our perforated trays are suitable for applications where sufficient passage of air is required to cool supported cables. In all other application, our solid design provides excellent cable support with flexible installation configurations. Currently, we provide:
- 22 standard width sizes W (inside dimension)
- 3 different heights H (inside dimension) (25, 50, 100) mm
- Standard length of 2440 mm
Additionally, Qatar Technical provides a range of fittings that accommodate all types of assembly configurations. This includes:
- Elbow and Cover
- External Riser and Cover
- Internal Riser and Cover
- Reducer and Cover
- Tee Joint and Cover
- Cross-over and Cover
As well as a set of accessories like cantilever arms, clamps, u-channels, etc.
Cable Trunking can hold, guide, and protect wires and cables. Usual type of installation is wall mounted. Currently, we offer (12) standard variations of the width and height combos 50/50 to 300/300mm.
Additionally, Qatar Technical provides a range of fittings that accommodate all types of assembly configurations. This includes:
- Elbow and Cover
- Reducer Type I and II and Cover
- Tee Joint and Cover
- Cross-over and Cover
As well as a set of accessories like Coupler, end cap, etc.
Cable Ladders are used as cable support for industrial and building construction are preferred for supporting high volume or heavy cabling, especially if there are long spans between supports. Currently, we provide:
- 20 standard variations of the width W (inside dimensions)
- 3 different heights H (inside dimensions) (50, 75, 100) mm
- Standard length of 2440 mm
