At Qatar Technical, we use rigid injected CFC-free polyurethane foam panels with 0.7mm pre-painted Aluminium ribbed cladding. At an overall insulation density of 40 – 46 kg/m³, we provide PU panels at different thickness parameters to meet the level of insulation that meets our customers needs.

Our PU panels meet flame retardancy requirements according to DIN 4102 Class B3 and according to ASTM D1692 and ISO 3582 test (Self extinguishing foam).
Our Cold Store walls are covered with panels joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by cam-lock spaced every 1000mm on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. As for the floors, the panels are reinforced with wooden spacers, covered with 12 mm WBP plywood, and finished with non-slip chequered aluminum plates.
